Tianjin Joaboa Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Joaboa Technology Co., Ltd., a state-level high-tech enterprise, which is located in No. 24 Road, South District, Jinghai Economic Development Zone, Tianjin, covering an area of about 70,000 square meters. It is the most advanced and intelligent production base of Joaboa Tech.

Tianjin Joaboa has the largest modification workshop in Asia, and its modification capacity is the largest in Asia. At present, it has 8 production lines, including the development and production of asphalt based waterproof membranes, non-asphalt based waterproof membranes, polymer waterproof membranes, waterproof coatings and others, two of which are advanced production lines imported from Reichel & Drews, USA and BOATO, Italy.

Tianjin Joaboa is a state-level high-tech enterprise with 29 national patents, and has been awarded as "Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center". Its laboratory has passed the evaluation of industry standardization laboratory. In 2019, the company has completed the evaluation and obtained the certificate for the implementation of the intellectual property standards, applied for the Jinghai District Science and Technology Plan Project, and applied for the Tianjin Gazelle Enterprise. Meanwhile, it plans to carry out the integration of the two industries and the implementation of the standard system.
