Project DescriptionJilin Provincial Speed Skating Stadium is an important venue for theSixth Asian Winter Games in January 2007. It is designed by referring to the American speed-skating hall in Salt Lake City. It is the most complete and advanced speed-skating hall in China at that time, and its hardware and software have reached the world first-class level.
The speed skating hall covers an area of 4.5 hectares, and the main hall covers a construction area of 29,955 square meters, which is composed of the competition area, the auxiliary rooms on both sides and the underground part.
The longest north-south span of the main stadium area is 203.5m, and the east-west span is 89.5m. There are two standard 400m speed skating lanes, one practice lane, four standard plastic track and field practice lanes on the outer ring of the speed skating lane, and two international standard ice hockey fields on the inner ring of the speed skating lane. 2,000 movable spectator seats.
