Project DescriptionMorgan Tower has a total height of 210 meters, 48 floors on the ground, a total construction area of about 91,000 square meters, a 5A office area of about 60,000 square meters, a standard building height of 3.9 meters, and a total investment of 160 million dollars.
Morgan Tower stood in the center of the diamond island in the west bank, north of opera house and the royal palace, south city hall, high-end villa, east forest international conference and exhibition center, yacht dock, high-end hotel, west took the Cambodian national assembly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the shangri-la hotel, surrounded by foreign embassies and other financial institutions.
