The project covers a total area of about 142,800 square meters, with a total construction area of about 480,000 square meters. It is planned to be developed in four phases, with the first, second and third phases being residential, business apartment and business.
The project covers three basement floors and about 100,000 square meters of floor area, using Joaboa Tech's water-based floor hardening system, which is Joaboa Tech's first large-scale ground hardening project in Shenzhen, enjoyed great reputation in the market.
