Qianhai Bay Warehouse W6 of Nanyou Corp. is a large-scale storage project invested and developed by Shenzhen Nanyou Group Co., Ltd. It is located in the park of Qianhai Bay Bonded Port Area, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

The project consists of a 4-storey warehouse and an 8-storey office building with a land area of about 70,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 120,000 square meters.

The project is a reinforced concrete frame structure, of which the roof waterproof area is about 25,000 square meters.
The project using non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating & MAC-type WiCi Waterproof & Insulation Integrated Panel together, which is very different when compared with the conventional approac.

This construction method completely breaks through the traditional waterproof process, with great innovation.
