Hubei Joaboa Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Zhuo Bao Technology Co., Ltd. It is located in Jinping Industrial Park, Shishou Economic Development Zone, and is a key project of attracting investment in Shishou City. The project covers an area of 236.8 acre with a total investment of about 1 billion Chinese Yuan. It is the production base with the largest planned area, the most complete products and the highest production capacity design of Joaboa Tech.

The company is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of new energy-saving and environment-friendly building waterproof materials, including waterproof membranes, waterproof coatings and home decoration materials, etc. The products are mainly used in industrial and civil construction, road traffic, underground pipe corridor, sponge city construction, home decoration and other fields.

Hubei Joaboa is constructed in two phases. In the first phase, 3 standardized factories, 1 comprehensive office building, 2 shift buildings and 1 canteen have been built, and 5 material production lines have been designed and installed. The second phase plans to build a large informationized waterproof museum, 2 workshops, and will invest 90 million Chinese Yuan to build a multi-functional R&D center specialized in waterproof products. In addition, the company adopts foreign core technology, to achieve full automation production, information management, equipped with strict safe and environmental protection facilities, in order to achieve the goal of "zero emissions, zero pollution".
