With a total investment of 408.5 million RMB, the stadium has a seating capacity of 60,000 people, which can meet the requirements of hosting the Intercontinental Games and the competitions of FIFA and IAAF.
This is another monument to China-Tanzania friendship after the construction of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway.
