Project Introduction:
Hong Kong Yida Group, a world leading manufacturer of all cotton shirts, is building a textile factory in Vietnam. The project is located in Song Thao Industrial Zone, Jinxi County, Fushou Province, Vietnam.
No. 2 Fushan Township Household Waste Treatment Project

Project Description:
Waste treatment project in Fushan Township, Hue Province, with a construction land area of 11.23hm², including the main factory building, dormitory building, leachate treatment station, slag comprehensive utilization site and other single buildings. After the completion of the project, it will effectively control the secondary pollution of household garbage, realize the virtuous cycle of waste resource utilization, and promote the modernization transformation and development of the local social economy.
No. 3 Anyang Industrial Park Honor Electronic Project

Project Description:
Honor Electronics is a leading manufacturer of switching power supply in China, which integrates research and development, production and sales of switching power supply products. Honor Electronics attaches great importance to the global layout of business, and has set up a production base in Vietnam to participate in the international market competition.
No.4 Vietnam Pegatron Factory

Project Introduction:
PEGATRON is a subsidiary company of ASUS, specializing in contract manufacturing for ASUS. On August 10, 2020, Pegatron ranked No. 269 on the Fortune Global 500 list in 2020. Located in Nam Thim Vu Industrial Park in Vietnam, the project has a waterproof area of nearly 100,000m² and is used for the production of civil electronic equipment, computers and computer peripherals, communication equipment, electronic components, circuit boards and other electronic equipment.
No. 5 Compal Electronics Phase 2 Vietnam Factory

Project Introduction:
Compal Electronics factory phase 2 is located in Vietnam Yongfu. The investor is Taiwan Compal Electronics. The factory is mainly used for the production of laptop computers, which is a precision electronics factory. The waterproof requirements of the workshop are very strict. In response to customer’s demand, Joaboa Tech adopts Zero Defect Waterproof System, which combines Bondsure™ Self-adhesive Waterproof Membrane together with NRB Rubber Bitumen Waterproof Coating, with a waterproof area of 57,000m². It is worth mentioning that this project was carried out by Hanoi local agent of Joaboa Tech together with the overseas business department of Joaboa Tech. Through product recommendation and on-site proofing, the project was finally won.
No. 6 Haixin Vietnam Factory

Project Introduction:
Haixin Vietnam Factory is located in Wenlin County, Hingan Province. The investor is Zhejiang Walrus New Material Co., Ltd., which is a well-known PVC building materials manufacturer from China. It’s the 2nd factory of Zhejiang Walrus in Vietnam, covering an area of more than 120,000 m². This project adopts the waterproofing construction technology of Zero Defect Waterproof System, which has been very mature in Chinese domestic market and is rapidly popularized in Southeast Asia, especially in industrial plant projects.

Project Introduction:
Foxconn Group, founded in 1974 in Taiwan, China, is one of the largest companies in the field of electronics, information technology and computers. In March 2007, Foxconn Group began building factories in Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and other provinces in Vietnam. The Bac Ninh plant in Vietnam is the 1st factory built by Foxconn in Vietnam with a $160 million investment in 2007, covering an area of 1.1hm².
