Second, initial grinding with water crosswise to open the channel for floor hardener's penetration deeply into the concrete. 3) Third, materials penetration. This time we mix floor hardener and clean water, each 0.5kg/sqm, evenly and spread them on the floor. 4) After 1.5-2.0 hours curing, grind with 300 mesh to 500 mesh resin discs crosswise. 5) Then we start second time materials penetration. At this time we apply 0.5kg/sqm of pure floor hardener. 6) Do third time grinding with 500 mesh to 1000 mesh resin discs. 7) Last step is detailed polishing.
