Project DescriptionLocated at Sea World in Shekou, Prince Plaza is a unique waterfront area, backed by Nanshan Mountain and facing Shenzhen Bay, with plenty of public outdoor space.
The 200-metre-high mixed-use building combines Shekou's commercial development, industrial history and natural environment. Prince Square, with a volume of more than 100,000 square meters, has three landscapes of mountain, sea and city.
It is one of the key projects of China Merchants Bureau's 60 billion Chinse Yuan reconstruction of the New Shekou "Sea World Center" area. It is a landmark complex in the Bay Area integrating a variety of business forms.
