Water-based Floor Hardening System
Joaboa Tech's Water-based Floor Hardening System is a type of high quality floor hardening system after years of efforts and technologic improvement, which can solve issues like loose concrete structure, easy to generate dust and cracks and short service life by significantly improving the intensity, hardness, permeability resistance and abrasion performance of the concrete.
As the Water-based Floor Hardening System is invented by Joaboa Tech, except for standards of traditional flooring systems, like Exposed Concrete Floor Hardening System, Emery Floor Hardening System, Epoxy Floor Hardening System, and Polyurathane Floor Hardening System, etc., there is no equivalent national standard for Joaboa Tech's liquid floor hardening system at present. Thus, Joaboa Tech is using our own Company Standard Q/FZ001-2017. That means in China, if you are looking for water-based floor hardener like what's supplied by some international brands, Joaboa Tech will be your best choice at present.
TWY-308 Water-based Floor Hardener is a permeable inorganic liquid, full with lithium and other active ions, which can deeply penetrate into the concrete. lt will react with the incomplete hydrationreaction active ingredients inside of the concrete and form into high-intensity inorganic meshy crystalline structure.
Because of its excellent acid resistant, alkalis resistant, heat resistant and weather resistant performance, the service life of the floor hardener system will be greatly extended.
The Water Based Floor Hardening System is applicable for:
1) New concrete surface, like, warehouses, factories, car parks, department stores, shopping malls, service stations, etc.
2) Renovation work of old floor hardener systems, especially for the repair work of old epoxy or carborundum floor hardener systems which have issues like sugaring, damages and pulverization phenomenon.
※ Construction Methods
1) First, we do substrate treatment. Before we start massive work, we must make sure the substrate meets our standard requirements.
2) Second, initial grinding with water crosswise to open the channel for floor hardener's penetration deeply into the concrete.
3) Third, materials penetration. This time we mix floor hardener and clean water, each 0.5kg/sqm, evenly and spread them on the floor.
4) After 1.5-2.0 hours curing, grind with 300# mesh to 500# mesh resin discs crosswise.
5) Then we start second time materials penetration. At this time we apply 0.5kg/sqm of pure floor hardener, no need to mix with water. The curing period is 6-8 hours, repeat adding more materials accordingly.
6) Do third time grinding with 500# mesh to 1000# mesh resin discs.
7) Last step is detailed polishing. Grind the floor with 1000# mesh to 2000# mesh resin discs.
