If any leakage issues happened in Zero Defect System Project, Joaboa Tech will bear the responsibility, no matter whether it's problem from the designer, main contractor, developer or any other parties: firstly, Joaboa Tech will arrange our construction teams to repair until there’s no leakage; in the meantime, according to our commitment, "ONCE LEAKAGE, FULL COMPENSATION", the compensation will be given according to the size of construction area.
