Project DescriptionLocated in the southern district of Shenzhen's central business district, Shenzhen Star River Development Center consists of a platinum five-star hotel and a super grade a office building.
The total height of the two towers is 99.85 meters, and the total construction area is 120,992 square meters, with 4 floors underground and 4 floors poplar. The excavation depth of the project is 18.6 meters, and the local area is 22.6 meters. The structure form is frame-shear wall structure.
As it is close to the subway in both directions, and the foundation pit edge is only 7 meters away from Metro Line 1 and 5 meters away from Metro Line 4, so the construction is rather difficult.
