Project DescriptionXiamen Poly · Three Qian Block 3 is located on the coastline of the eastern sea area, which is a coastal new town invested by the government. Every household can see the sea, and there are customized coastal villas facing the sea. The coastline is 19.6 kilometers long.
Xiamen is a coastal city, and this project is also a seaward project. There is a lot of rain and typhoon weather, so the requirement for waterproofing is higher. The project adopts Joaboa Tech's Zero Defect Waterproof Service System.
The self-adhesive waterproof membrane is firmly bonded to the structure layer through the rubber asphalt coating, which eliminates the fluid-channeling between the waterproof layer and the substrate surface, thus to achieve the waterproof concept of "skin type", which simplifies the structure level and reduces the construction process, project cost and the construction period.
Compared with the traditional approach, it has greater advantages and innovation.
