On January 24, 2024, AT&S Malaysia's factory in Kulim High-Tech Park officially commenced operations. This project marks AT&S's first production base in Southeast Asia, with a total investment of 8.5 billion MYR and a construction area of 480,000 square meters.

As Malaysia's largest foreign investment project in 2021, this endeavor faced significant construction challenges. After reviewing our successful projects and product advantages, the client recognized the value of our solution.

We optimized the traditional TPO roofing waterproofing construction process, which also reduces insulation board costs and has received high recognition from the owner and contractors.

This product combines homogeneous TPO sheets, butyl rubber self-adhesive layer, and isolation films, leveraging the benefits of both polymer and self-adhesive membranes. It is easy to install and adhere effectively, whose high tensile strength, excellent elongation, chemical resistance, and durability against aging make it suitable for various waterproof repair projects.
