The project is a new office building and factory project of WAC Lighting located in Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Zone, WHA, Thailand.
In the design of the gutter, due to the large project span and the requirements for the wear resistance of waterproof materials, in addition to fully considering its own drainage and water diversion functions, it is also considered that the gutter is an integral part of the entire roof system, and its function should be complete. Joaboa Tech Thailand team and the general contractor team should combine the use habits of the Thai market. Finally, Joaboa Tech's TPO Butyl Self-adhesive Waterproof Membrane was used.

2) Roof Renovation of HSBC Hong Kong Headquarters

It is headquartered at the HSBC Tower, Hong Kong, 1 Queen's Road Central, Central. The project is run by Joaboa Tech's distributor in HK area.
Joaboa Tech's distributor in HK is the first one who has introduced polyurea waterproof coating to the Hong Kong market, and attaches great importance to new products and innovative products.
