Thailand Double Track Railway Tunnel Project
Project Introduction: The total length of Thailand's dual-track railway is 134 kilometers, which was jointly designed by International Engineering Consultants and Amberg Infraestructuras. The project is divided into four contracts according to the content. The total contractor is Italain-Thai, which ranks the first in Thailand. Different contracts are jointly contracted with different general contractors. The construction of the project officially started in 2018. Italain-thai and Rail Tunnelling built the 12.4km tunnel project with a total investment of 9.29 billion baht (1.448 billion yuan). Among them, Ban Hin Lab has a total length of 5.2 kilometers, which is the longest railway tunnel in Thailand at present, with an overall waterproof area of about 300,000 square meters. This section of the project uses Joaboa Tech's 2.0mm PVC-H non-exposed waterproof membrane.

After receiving the products, the customer conducted quality inspection in Thailand, and the products passed the test, and their quality was highly recognized by the subcontractor and the general contractor, which promoted the long-term cooperation and development of both parties. It has also laid a solid foundation for the subsequent development of the Thai market.

According to the composition of the product, it can be divided into 3 types: homogeneous type (PVC-H), fleece backing type (PVC-L), fabric reinforced type (PVC-P). Applicable to steel structure, concrete exposed and non-exposed roofing, planting roofing, basement and subway tunnel waterproofing works.
