One Park covers an area of 53,763.90 ㎡, with a total construction area 135,453.06 ㎡, a total of 15 buildings divided into 18 units, total 1489 sets, the overall green area of 20,000 ㎡, whose green area as high as 45% is the highest of all real estate projects in Phnom Penh.
This project mainly uses Joaboa Tech's BAC Bondsure® Self-adhesive Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane, which is applied with Wet-application method invented by Joaboa Tech, with the use of Wet Cement as substrate treatment.
